F250 wheel/lift question

Yeah I know its an F150 forum but if anyone can help me out that would be great. My buddy has an 07 FX4 crew cab F250 Diesel and he is doing a 4.5" RC lift. He wants to put on 37/22 combo but I think he can only do a 35/22 combo. He also wants to have the wheels stick out a bit (like mine) so I think he needs like a -12 or more offset. If you know of any good F250 forums please let me know so I can register. Thanks!

I think they would fit on there, hell most stock f250 can fits 35's with nothing done to the truck. He may have to do some trimming.

I was just looking on their site, why dont he just spend an extra $150 and get the 6" lift, then there wont be no worries. Plus IMO 35/22 combo will not look good.
