18 x 10 wheels

will my stock 265/75/18 tires fit ok on an 18x10 wheel, or will they be to narrow?

They are too narrow for a 18x10.

Sorry to bump a old thread, but will a 285/65/18 fit on a 18x10 wheel?

It's not recommended, but it will work. I ran 285's on a 10 inch wide wheel for almost 60k miles with no problems.
