Brake Pedal does not return all the way 1997 f150

I have brake pedal that will not return all the way. Have to pull it the rest of the way up so brake lights turn off. I have replace the brake booster and master cylinder and bled all lines. Any ideas?

I have the same problem, so I just hooked a spring to it until I figure out what is causing it. Mine would keep the brakes locked up until I pulled it up. spring working fine
