Looking for Advise/Opinions

First I am thinking about leveling the front of my 2010 Supercrew 1.5"
I am looking at mounting a set of Goodyear AT/S 285/65R/18's on Moto Metal MO956 18X9 rims. The offset that is suggested is 6.18.
I do not want these tires to stick out much, if at all. Also I want to make sure that 6.18 is not to much an offset that they rub on suspension/steering.
These tire spec out at 33X11X18, so I'm hoping they are a good compromise.
Any opinions?

6.18 is the backspacing, not the offset. Those wheels will stick out about an inch farther than your stock wheels and should fit fine.

Yep, that's what I meant.
I was thinking that the tires would maybe stick out no more then a half inch in front and be flush in the rear. I was hoping that almost an inch of back spacing over the stock rims would make up for it.

Yeah, but the OEM wheels are only 7.5 inches wide. So even though they have a little over 1/2 inch more backspacing, they are 1 1/2 inches wider.

I'm starting to waver on new rims now after looking into TPMS costs. What a PITA.

What cost? If I'm correct, the system on the 2010's is like my Expy. The sensor is part of the valve stem and is simply removed from the stock wheels and bolted onto the aftermarket wheels. Or at least that is how mine work. Some of the years between our trucks use a sensor mounted on a metal band. These bands have to be replaced when the sensors are moved from wheel to wheel. Replacement aftermarket bands are available that cost less than the OEM bands.

If thats the case then that would be great. However, if I get new tires and rims they would be summer only. I would be putting the oEM's back on for the winter which means I would need a second set of valves. But if they aren't to expensive then its doable.
