Exclamation Pick my tires! 35/12.50/18

Ok Ive narrowed the size down and now onto which tire. My Expi is only driven 2-3 times a week so Im not worried about mileage on the tires. I fell in love with the way the Nitto mud grapplers look but my concern is that with a baby on the way in August, the humming tires is something that might not go over very well.

So you guys pick my tire. I want the most aggressive looking tire out there under $1200 shipped for all four. Btw the truck is a street queen but love the lifted offroad look.

Thanks

I know that one of the local shops around me can get the 35x12.5r20 Toyo MT for $1200 with mount and balance. The R18 tire should be cheaper. I'm not sure on the Trail Grappler.

The Toyo MT or the Nitto Trail Grappler would be a good choice for a mud terrian tire with close to all terrian tire road manners.

My vote is for the Trail Graps. Had mine for about 5k now. no signs of wear, ride gr8, not too loud.

Whats the offset of your rims? I found a set of 295/70/18 trails at a steal but I want them to stick out more then your pic. My rims are 18x9.5 with a -14 offset.

Trail Graps are much quieter, but who knows, mabey that loud whirrrr of the mud graps cloping down the road will help put the little one to sleep.

Thats funny I thought of that as an excuse but with the tvs and the tracvision A7 I dont wanna have to crank the tvs to over power the noise of the tires. Although I was told that its no louder than having a normal exhaust on the truck/expi

Maybe prices have gone down then, when I was looking nothing was under 350 a tire. I was looking at the BFGs, Toyos and a few other brands though. I would never have the mud grapps on a DD personally.

Yeah I get what your saying. Discount tire has the trails for 1204 shipped. But seeing that mine really isnt a daily the muds are still in the back of my head

KM2s, Toyos or Trail Graps all seem like good options for your needs. Of those options I think the KM2s look the most aggressive.
