how much are the brand new stocks worth?

I want to get all terrains and sell the stock tires from my 2010. They have 400 miles and are the goodyear wranglers in 275 65 18's. Anyone know what they might be worth??

you'd do better selling them yourself. some tire shops offer to give you some money off your new tires if you trade them your stock ones so they can resell them. they give you a lower amount than if you sold them yourself so they can make a bit of money when they turn around and sell them.

i'd say take whatever they sell for on tirerack and cut that roughly in half. it doesn't matter how many miles they have (or don't have), since they are used nobody will want to pay what you want to get for them. that's just the way it is especially in this economy.

Your original post doesn't say which model Wrangler you have. The only "All Season" that tire rack shows in the size you mentioned is the SR-A, and you can buy them for $144 each.
So how much do you really think your "used" ones are worth ? They may ony have 400 miles on them but they are still considered a used tire.
Since a 2nd hand owner would have No warranty on them like they would get on a truly new $144 tire, I would think you would be lucky to get $100 a piece for them. JMO.

Never said i was figuring they were worth gold there buddy. 100.00 a tire is way more then i'd expect to get for them also. I figure 75.00 a piece. Also I dont think someone who can only afford to buy used tires really gives a crap about a warranty, they want cheap thats it.
