those with 285/65/20 and others with bigger sizes
I've got a '06 fx4 and just put on a rancho quicklift that amounts to about a 2in level. Well I haven't, I'm in kabul, my wife has and I've seen pics. I have stock 20's and now need bigger tires instead of these s**t pirellis. So I'm looking at the 285/65's cause like an earlier post, I can't get them if they rub, so that knocks out the 305/55's unless they just happen to not rub on my truck. Been reading that some do and some don't. I plan on keeping the stock rims as well, but heres the question, those with larger tires,
1. I read most people's posts say "set of 4", so no one changes the spare under the bed?
2. with a larger tire like that, would a comparable size even fit under the bed?
I believe my spare rim is an 18, and I have duel exhaust pipes that go right by the spare out and under the spare bumper.
3. (and is there a comparable size for a spare with the 18?)
Thanks, any help is much appreciated

1. Alot of people don't. They're screwed if they get a flat on their 4x4.
2. Yes. You may have to reroute the exhaust. Easy fix.
3. I'm sure there is, or one that's at least very close. There's a couple of stickies at the top of this subforum you can plug in tire/wheel sizes and figure out what you need.
