I've been using Napa's premium cermaic pads for a while now and have been very happy with them. No noise at all and very little dust. The stopping power is great and I just use a set of Napa's cheapest rotors and have never had an issue. Just put a second set on the front of my truck today and did the rears for the first time as well.
One word of advice for you guys...BLEED THE BRAKES!! I bled the entire system for the first time today. Check out this pic! Newer fluid flushed through on the left (pretty close to clean, I called it good enough) and the nasty burnt original fluid on the right. My truck is an '03 with 70k miles. I think the fluid change greatly improved my braking performance. The pedal feel is much better too.
