Personally, I think 33's would look best.

I have an 2006 2wd with a 2.5 inch leveling kit running 285/70/17 BFG KM2s

When I installed the leveling kit the front was higher than the back by about a 3/4 of an inch and it kinda made the rear tires looked stuffed.

I then added a 4x4 rear block (1.5 inches? not sure anymore) and got a slight rake back. Rear tire wells now look nicely with the KM2s

All trucks are a little different. I know that 315/70/17 are too big (had a used tire shop toss on one for the hell of it) it just looked stuffed in the rear. Didn't try it on the front.

Just took these for you. I know... shes dirty... also the parking lot is a little sloped towards the front. I tried to make it look level by adjusting my phone.

Hope that gives you an idea

The tires? Pretty much anyone can get you BFG KM2s in a 285/70/R17. I got them through a small independent tire shop. It was like $240 per tire (mount and balance included). I've seen Costco have them with a $50 rebate too.

The leveling kit i got from AutoSprings ebay store. The 4x4 rear block came from a local guy who lifted his 4x4 and was selling his stock parts on craigslist.
