Roush wheels are off, FX4 wheels are on
Thanks to a great buy from fellow member jww54321 I now have a great "new to me" set of wheels and tires on my truck. Thanks Jeff, I appreciate all your work in getting them packaged so well and shipped to me. Jeff had these things packaged like they were gold headed for Fort Knox.
Thanks again Jeff, you saved me a good deal of money and I am a happy man.

For a combintion of reasons.
1 - The factory Roush wheels are 20" and the chrome on them is in pretty sad condition. I chalk it up to a crappy job of chroming and New England winters.
2 - The tires I have mounted on the Roush wheels will need replacing in order to pass state inspection. I did not want to buy new 20" tires and mount them on crappy chrome wheels just for the inspection.
I will eventually (next spring) buy new custom wheels and tires for the truck. This set of FX4's buys me time to make my new wheel decision, gets me through state inspection and gives me a nice set of winter wheels and then I won't have to run my new custom wheels on the nasty new england roads.
