I have 2001 F150 Supercrew. I have all disc brakes with drum e brake which i have replaced all of them with new rotors brakes and hardware. If I tighten the ebrake my brakes lock up. Is there an adjustment on the cable by the pedal to tighten the line up? Or am I missing a bracket to hold the line under the truck. Here are some picks.

I tow my boat and everytime I load or unload at the ramp I get worried with the ebrake. Any help would be appreciated Thanks
