I have a 2009 f150 4x4 and am considering getting XD monsters in 20 x 9 inch with 18 offset which is 5.71" offset. I have a 2.5 inch level for front and blocks for rear. Tire size I plan on is 305/55/20. Will these sizes fit fine and will it stick out the fender a bit or would I need the -12 offset with 4.53 backspacing for it to stick out a bit. I have tried the search but haven't found anything.

They will fit fine. That wheel will stick out about 1 1/4 inches farther than your stock wheels. A 9 inch wheel with 4.53 inches of BS will stick out about 2.5 inches farther than the OEM wheels.
