Get a leveling kit 2-2.5" ~$75-80 and have it installed/get an alignment ~$200
I have toyo MT's (33x12.5x20) with a 2" autospring Leveling kit. Love them. They are pricey but they work great. I do mostly highway driving and have 15K on them and barely showing any wear. I rotate every 5K miles though and keep them at 45 PSI. Try Rimzoneonline.com for better pricing depending on shipping charges.

I have the AS 2" kit on my 2007 FX4 and it raised the front of my truck almost 2 3/4". I replaced the 2" factory blocks in the rear with 3" ReadyLift Blocks to give me some of my rake back.
