Bfg best looking tire...i thought

So this morning i was parked next to a older body style ram leveled with newer body style wheels on it. Anyway the tire where so beefy and huge. I thoght they were 37's. Anyway they turned out to be 35x12.50x17's Trail Graps, First time i've seen them in person. I was gonna get some 35" km2's, but now i want TG's. Those tires were really big will those even fit on my truck, especially bc of the aggressive tread, will i have to trim. Those tires look awesome. Whats the mileage like on those. If anyone has pics of them i'd appreciate if you'd post them. I'd perfer on stock rims if someone has that. Mostly, am i going to have to trim with those tires, with the side lugs and stuff?
Thanks

Don't have much information for you on the Trail Graps, but can tell you that the BFGoodrich Mud Terrain T/A KM2's are very good tire and clean out pretty good in heavy mud. They do come with 20/32nd's of tread depth. I also have had good luck with the **** Cepek Mud Country's, they have 19/32nds of tread depth.

Let me know if you have any questions

Here is a pic of my truck on stock rims (18's). Sorry not the same style truck as yours. Also they are a little smaller than what you saw. They measure ~34 x 12. Mileage si ok for an MT, I was running a little to much air, let some out and they are doing better. Overall ride great, pull good. Also they do not rub at all, however they have two different side wall patters, turning the aggressive side out helps.

Road noise is not bad at all, have not heard a quieter MT. You can hear them, but they are a M/T so you have to expect some noise. As for mileage I am getting pretty good wear out of them. However I only have ~8-10k on them so long term I can not say.

Sounds great! I do want some howl from the tires so that sounds good.

Does anyone know if I'll need to go with a thinner tire, like a 295 because of the side walls on the tg's?

MDHawkin is running 295/70/18's. You probably won't have rubbing issues on a factory wheel, but with aftermarket like XD's you probably will. Check out AZFX4's truck for a look at the 298/70/18 on XD Addicts. I went with Terras this time, but next time it'll be Trails.

Sorry, I just noticed you have the older body style. Can't say as to rubbing issues.

My truck is the older bodystyle, i believe 04+ fits bigger tires/wheels.
