2008 FX4 Tires

Time to replace the stock 275/65 R18 GY's. Look at Nitto Terra Grapplers. I have a leveling kit installed.
TG's have 2 sizes I am interested in but wonder if they would fit, and how they would look.
285/65 R18 and 295/70 R18
Any suggestions or experiences to share anyone? I want to go a little wider, and maybe taller sidewall.

With leveling kit and stock rims both will fit. Here is a pic of my 295/70/18 (trail grapplers):

Dude, answered with a pic...AWESOME, thanks a million!
Did your gas mileage go way down, and speedometer get out of whack?

Gas dropped a little, ~1 - 1.5 MPG loss. I can live with it though. As for the speedometer, I corrected it with my programmer. If you dont have a programmer, I suggest looking into one, as it really wakes your truck up and you can adjust for your tires. If you want to hold off on doing that the stealership can recalibrate it for you.

I got a Xcal3 programmed by Justin. Do you just calibate your tire size, or do new tunes need written as well?

For my gryphon you can just apply the tire size to the existing tune. I would assume you could do the same with the Xcal3.

A 305x65x18 BFG AT would look good too on the stock wheels, these are close to 34 inches tall.

Filling in the wheel well as much as possible is always a great way to go. I would look for something in the 34" area and put some meat on it. I have an 2004 Ford F150 FX4 with the leveling kit and 35x12.5R20 on it. Fits pretty good.
