A little paranoid, existing tires, new rims
So a tire shop in town had a 3 days to xmas sale. Everything in stock 10% below cost and everything ordered in for cost.
I ordered some of these.
They are 18x9 with -12mm backspacing. I have 285/75/18 tires right now on stock 18x7.5. They dont rub but are DAMNED close. Now I am concerned that when they mount they are going to rub because I am going form a stock rim to a bit wider rim with different backspacing.
Thanks for the input

2007 4x4 lariat with 3" in the front and 1" block in the rear. Rim offset (backspacing) on the new rim is -12mm
Not sure what the stock rims are, they are Eddie Bauer expy rims

Well rims should have been here today but it appears places are closed for the stat holiday today. grrrr
Anyways I figured out my own question. It is +14mm offset rim, which is 5.5" backspacing. According to ReadyLift I can fit a 35x12.5. Considering mine is 35x10.5 I will be fine.
Yay!
