I'm in the same boat, I can't wait until my tires wear out so I can step up to bigger tires and maybe new wheels

Sorry, but there is no answer for your question. I could take the same tire one guy ruined in 25,000 and get 65,000 out of it. Truck condition, driving habits, road conditions, etc, etc, etc, all play into it.
I got rid of a set of BFG Mud T/A's at 45,000 with tread left that people swore you'd never get 30,000 out of them.
The only stock tires I ever left on was my first set of GY Wrangler AT/S's on my '97. Got somewhere north of 50,000 out of them...and hated every last mile.

Like Galaxy said, theres no way to answer the question. There are just to many variables.
I actually liked the General Ameritracs I had on my "04'. They were on the truck when I bought it used with 30k+ on it. I put another 40K on them and the tires were nearing the very end of their safe and useful life when I traded for my "06". They took everything I threw at them and never let me down.
