I ordered my wheels today for the truck. I feel like a little kid ready for Christmas. I was wondering who has ordered from 4wheelparts.com and how long did your order take to arrive at your door

I hate 4wheelparts. When I ordered the steps for my truck it took 8 weeks to get them. First they were backordered, then they couldn't find out where they were at or when they would be delivered. I was told at one time that it was on a truck somewhere between CA and OH. That's all they knew.

 

i ordered my light bar from them and everything went great, although i know some people have problems with them.

i also got my tires through them but i picked them up in store since they're like an hour away from me. my only complaint is they wouldn't balance my tires because they said their machine wasn't big enough.

 

I ordered wheels and tires for my truck in 01 and had no problems. this time around for new tires/wheels i went back to them, and again, had no issues. took forever to get my wheels in but they couldn't help that since they were backordered.

 

I have ordered several items from them and had no problems and received them very quickly

 

I think that is different, I wanna say it was 4wheelonline.com that stole from her vs 4wheelparts.com. Ive only ordered one thing through them and it took about a week for the tires to show up.

 

I will NEVER give those people a dime. I have called twice and both times received major attitude. They dont know what they are talking about and I was actually hung up on last week. Unacceptable...

I knew it was one of them.

 

I always got attitude when I talked to anyone also, especially the guys that work at the Brookpark, OH location. It always seemed like they could care less about the customer and they also didn't know much information about any products either.

 

they have always been nice to me when ever have called them. (the brook park location). But they are way over priced on most things. i have only bout a tow strap and some d rings from them. I asked them how much it would cost to install a pro comp 6" lift on my 2004 2wd and they wanted $1000, install + alignment. Me and my buddy will put the kit on and it will only cost me some money for food and beer.
