Replacing original 275/55 20 Tires with...

I am looking to replace the Pirelli 275/55 20 tires on my 2007 4x4 SCrew. I want to go up in size but am not planning a level or lift and these will be on the stock wheels.
I am pretty certain that 275/60 20 will fit with no issues but was wondering what would be the next size up that would still fit with no rubbing issues AND would fill the wheel well better while not being an overly skinny tire (if achieving all of that is possible).
Would it be 275/65 or 305/50 or 285/55 or

Thanks!

I plan on replacing my 275/55r20s (31.9") with 275/60r20s (33"). I would like a 275/65r20 (34"), but don't have enough gear (3.55) and there are not many tires in this size. Personally, I wouldn't consider a wider tire because it will hurt both gas mileage and snow traction.

I would say the 275/60R20 might be a little tight. The stock tire size you have is a 31.9" tall tire and the 275/60R20 is 33" tall. Going with anything taller will rub for sure.

I have 275/60/20 Cooper Zeon LTZ's on my 2010 F150 4x4, stock rims, I put them on 3 days after I bought my truck, zero problems, they filled the wheel well nicely, I just installed Auto Spring 1-1/2" level kit on front and an add-a-leaf in the rear, still looks very good, they fill the wheel wells great even after the lift!

That is what I needed to know - thanks for the replies.
I was pretty sure the 275/60R20 was the size I was going to get but the more I looked the more I wondered if I should be looking at one size larger.
I think I have it narrowed down to the Cooper Zeon LTZ (@ $212 each) or the Firestone Destination AT (@ $217 each) or the Nitto Terra Grappler (@ $245 each).
Keep in mind those prices are the all in price for the tire, mounting and balancing.
I can find the tires cheaper online (i.e. Cooper Zeon LTZs @ $166 each) but then will have to pay approximately $40 each tire for mounting and balancing.
Thanks again!

Looks like I can scratch the Firestone off of the list above as they appear to be out of stock or on back order at most locations so far.

If you're 4x4 you can fit 33s without rubbing.

Still haven't pulled the trigger huh? You should be able to fit the 275/60/20 without any problem and have room to spare.

I am so tired of looking at tire sizes and options and prices....!!!
I am pretty set on the Cooper Zeons and having Byhalia T&B install them. Now it is just a matter of ordering them and getting this taken care of!

I have 305/55-20 on my 2007 screw without a leveling kit and have no rubbing issues whatsoever. Toyo open country a/t's, great tire, but they aren't cheap. No tire is at that size.

I tend to research stuff to death when it comes to my truck too. It can get obsessive!

I'd go with 285/55-20's (33x11.50).

That will only be .4" taller than stock (32.3") To get 33" tires, use 275/60r20.
