Rim size for a 2wd

I have an 02 f150 2wd and i really want some wider tires than stock. For this, I need a wider rim than the stock 16x7. I don't know if i should go with a 16x8 or a 17 or even 18 inch wheel. If I go with a 17 sould I go with a 17x8 or 17x9? Can I even find a wide street tire for any of these. I was looking at a black Helo He791 wheel (yes it has to be black) and i like somthing like that but they only make them in a 16x10 or a 17x9 for my truck. Thanks for the help.

If you want a wide street tire I'd suggest going with a 305/50-20 or 305/40-22.
