Helo Maxx6 and 305/60R18's are on

(Updated with final pics)

Why does time go by so slowly while you are waiting on the freight truck to deliver your new wheels and tires?

I figured that I would go ahead and start this since it will be sometime this week before it gets here, then I have to hope for a free night to put them on.

This is the truck the day that I brought it home from the dealership, brand spanking new.. including it's 3 1/4" of rake in all of it's glory.

This is after a couple of cosmetic tweaks in the last few years and the installation of an Autospring kit last week in preparation for it's new shoes. I received my Diablosport Predator and tuned it yesterday, too.

It finally looks like a 4x4 instead of a 2 wheel drive with the wrong badging. What a difference a leveling kit makes.

18" chrome Maxx6's with 305 Terra Grapplers to follow....

Truck looks good man. Gonna look amazing with the new rims and tires!! Look forward to seeing it once you get them on. I know how the waiting game goes. I have been ordering parts right and left lately. But i have to wait till either june or october when I get back stateside to work on my truck.

I'm changing the rear pads while I'm at it and my shop is about 30 minutes from the house. One of these days, I'll have to spend the money and build one at my new house and move all of my stuff. I've only been putting it off for 8 years now.

Hopefully, I'll get to them tonight after work.

I didn't get in bed until nearly 1 am and was back up at 5:30 for work, but I couldn't stand it.

It looks like a completely different truck. 6 years later, I'm finally satisfied with the way that it looks.

I'll have to get some better pics when the sun decides to come back out..

I will probably just drive it as is for a while. I bought a Diablosport tuner last week and installed a canned tune. It already has a Magnaflow exhaust and I'm getting too old to listen to the thunderous stereo system that is now sitting in the closet from my last truck.
