does the same go for rear block? or is that a more accurate lift?

No the back is dead on, it's a 1 to 1 lift. Once you install them you'll see what i mean. The rear blocks are just that-blocks-that sit between the axle housing and leaf springs. The front is a spacer that bolts on top of the coil over assy and because of the geometry of the front suspension and the lever action of the lower control arm a 1.75" thick spacer provides 3" or more of lift.
In general a 3" is 1.75" thick
a 2.5" is 1.625"
a 2" is 1.5"
and a 1.5" is only 1.375"
