To all with XD monsters

What hub ring did you end up using (black or green)? The reason I ask is bc one of boxes is missing the green ring. If that is the one that I need then I have to call the mfg and get another before my lift goes on on April 15. Please let me know bc I cant have any more problems or I might go postal. First the lift kit was missing some of the hardware so Skyjacker had to send it back to me. Then I ordered a set of Vrock Recons with 4.5", thats what the sales rep told me at least. But when they arrived they were 5 " bs which I cant run on the Skyjacker kit. Come to find out Vrock doesnt even make those rims with a 4.5"bs. Go figure and is asked the sales rep 3x, even explained why I had to have this bs. 3rd the company I ordered rims from forgot to ship my new set of rims for a week so I just got them last night and off course one of the hub rings was missing from XD. Anyway any help is appericated, sorry for the rant.

I would think that the hub ring you need to get (green or red) would depend on what your other 3 wheels have, not what other people have on their wheels.
Out of curosity, what is the difference between wheels with a green hub ring and wheels with a red hub ring ?

Umm no. 3 boxes have a green and a black hub ring, one box only has the black one. One is for 6x135 lug and one is for 6x137.5(think thats the number) lug pattern. Thats why I am asking. Want to make sure I am not missing the one I need. the differnce is the size of your lug pattern. Rim is cut with to differnt lug patterns. Thank Though

Are you guys running stock lugnuts or did you have to get a differnt set? I know some aftermark rims require differnt lugnuts bc of beveling or how deep the lug holes are

You will need different lugs. Stock lugs won't fit. Mine came as part of the package I bought from RimzOne. Mr. Lugnuts I believe. You will need an aftermarket lug wrench also. I bought a Gorilla lug wrench off Amazon.

While we are on this subject, I was wondering about the black rings. What do they fit? Always bugged me that I didn't know.

monsters come drilled for two bolt patterns one ford and then one chevy/dodge i think too. the black rings are for the chevy/dodges with a different size center hub.

If I don't have any vibration issues, do I need the rings?
