35's w/ 6" lift - rubbing issues?

Have 6" skyajcker kit and 35" Nitto trail graps at home. Anyone have issues with 35's rubbing with a 6" lift? Would like to know if I am going to be doing some cutting before I have kit put on.

I have a 6" fabtech on my 08 f150 and 35 12.50R18 trail grapplers and they did rub even after the alighnment. So I had to cut the front valance it was at full lock on both sides and my crew cab with a 6.5ft bed turns like a school bus so it had to be done lol

I have a 6" Fabtech lift with 35" Trail Grapplers and mine rub in the rear inner fender well. There are some here who will tell you their's do not ever rub but I find it hard to believe. Mine will rub just coming into my slanted driveway at an angle. They don't hit hard but there is black transfer on my white plastic. I am not looking forward to seeing what happens when I wheel it harder which I haven't done yet since I just got it a while ago. You do want to check the backspacing on your rims though as that can make a difference.

My rims are 4.5"bs. Thats the largest you can use with skyjacker kits bc of the steering knuckle setup they use.

It all depends on the width and backspacing of the wheels you use. You may have rubbing with a 10 inch wide wheel with 4.5 inches of BS and none at all with a 9 inch wide wheel and 5 inches of BS.

They will fit, you may have some issues with your front valnce but i ran 35's on my 06 with a 3" body lift and i run 35's on my 10' now with a 6" lift and i rub some on the front valance not on the inner fender wall.

At was at homedepot this weekend and parked next to a f150 with a 6" kit. decided to look at the front valance and now I see what everyone is talking about. he trimmed the corner of the plastic. What is everyone using to cut the valance with?
