tires for a lift
So im eventually gunna get that 6in lift, but i need new wheels and rims,
recommendations?
id either wanna run 35's or 37's would 35's look to small, or would 37s be to big?
and maybe someone could throw me a price that i might end up spending,
i dont want nothing fancy for the rims, im only 19 so you know how that is lol

With a 6 inch 35's will clear no problem.37's will look amazingly beast but will rub a fair amount. Taller coilovers, spacer, or shocks can solve this though. And look at rims on jcwhitney, they are cheap. Youll be looking at 150 a peice per decent rim on there. And tires will run you about 275-300 a peice for cheap ones. And i know how you feel, im 17

I'm 27 but a cheap ***. I paid 119 each for 17s from discounttiredirect.com. I got tires at same time and they mount, balance and ship for no additional charge. Always need to factor in shipping. Tirerack gets u there. Check them out at least. Had 285/70/17 and rims shipped for under 1300 with certificates for replacement.

You can do a 6" lift with 2.5" spacer and run 37"s they do that at the dealerships in my town and my buddy has one and wheels pretty hard. It rubs a bit but depending on the 35" tire and wheel combo that could rub also. I say do 37"s with a spacer because you are gonna wish you did it after a little while... I am assuming you have a 04 up truck if not than do 35''s
