Good deal? Best I've come up with so far.

After adding up prices for wheel/tire packages, and separately from EVERYWHERE, this seems to be the best overall price.. AND it's delivered mounted and balanced to my door.

The tires are 285/65-18, rims are 18x9 inch 4.53" BS

Anyone know of anything better?

Also, will there be any problems with this setup as in rubbing and such? I know they should stick out 2" or so already though. I'm thinking of doing some fender flares.

Thanks,

Josh

Really? Rip off? Get real. Discount tire mounting = $16.00, yeah cheap. BALANCING = $64.00!!!!! Straight from their website. Yeah, you're right. Rip off taking the time and gas to go there to do it...

Even if it were $30 total, is it much more worth it to lug the tires and wheels there, have them all mounted and balanced, then lug them back home just to put them on there? I think the $49 is well worth having them delivered to my home and being able to just slap them on and be done with it.

Anyway, I was talking about the wheels and tires, not that. I'm doing that regardless for convenience and because it's pretty much the same price, but cheaper factoring in gas and time to go deal with discount.

Thanks for your reply.

Check discounttiredirect.com and see if prices are better. They mount and balance and ship for free. It was the cheapest I could find when I got mine in January. Went with 17s and 285/70/17. What site is that from?

Thanks Jerry. I'll check them out. It's 4 wheel parts. Usually not a fan of them, but this time, they are the cheapest....

The tires came out to be $1249 at discounttiredirect. That's A TAD cheaper, but still after pricing it out, I'm paying more to get both separately. They also only carry a very limited selection of wheel brands.

Well shoot, just figured I'd throw it out there. I got the vtec RAPTOR wheels with Terra grapplers for 1275 shipped with certificates for replacement.

Ya, Discount tire has always done both free when I've gone there. Maybe it's an online thing? Oh well, I'd call a local one and see if they can do a good deal on the rims and tires then free everything else.
