06 20" Toyo MT's

I have an 06 KR on stock 20" wheels with a 2" leveling kit and 33x12.50r20 toyo mt tires that are now bald. I want to step up the size some I think they look too small. My question is what would the fitment be like on these three sizes? 35x12.50, 315/60r20 and 275/65r20? Im confused on which ones to get, I want the biggest possible. I dont mind a little trimming just dont want to rub the upper control arms too badly. I am going to stick with the toyo mt and any pics would be awesome!!

Go with the 35's. May need a little trimming but you should make it.

With the OEM 20's, a lot of 12.50 inch wide tires will touch the upper control arm/ball joint because of the 6.5 inches of backspacing. I'm surprised you don't have any rubbing. A slightly narrow tire, like a 285/65-20 (35x11.50) is a better choice.

the 33x12.50's that are on there now have minimal clearance on the upper arms. You can see where they rub slightly, theres about 1/8 inch clearance when in the straight position. So would 35x12.50's be the same just taller? Toyo's site says they really measure 13 inches wide. Its either that or the 315/60r20 which is slightly narrower.

I just got the truck a month ago and the guy I bought it from got them used so we have no clue.. I had a set on my old f150 (295/70/17) and still had over half tread at 30,000.

Yes. Some people wish they had 1/8th inch clearance.
