shaking

alright so i rotated my tires, X pattern, now once i get over 45mph the steering wheel starts to shake violently and the the whole truck shakes also along with that it pulls to the drivers side really bad, i have a bent rim which got moved to the front passenger side, thought that was the reason but i switched it out with the rear passenger tire and it still shakes violently, im thinking the drivers side wheel bearing might of gone bad but im not sure, any help guys?

I would get all of your tires balanced before you start replacing parts. And keep that bent rim on the back.

If the truck was perfectly fine, and then you got a terrible vibration after rotation, I'd say there is a problem with one or both of the wheels/tires on the front now.
