What wheels should I get with my 6" skyjacker?!

Hey Everyone, SO i need some help choosing which wheels to get now that i ordered a 6" skyjacker for my 05 Screw. They have to be in the 17' veriety, and No chrome, unless its black and a little chrome.. Just not 100% chrome..

My truck is DSG with 35" KM2s.. HELP ME FIGURE OUT WHAT WILL LOOK GOOD lol.. Also, i would like the tires to stick out a little, but not a whole lot, so please tell me what offset i should go with.. I think the Skyjacker needs 4.75" backspacing if i recall correctly, ill double check..

Thanks for the help and suggestions guys!

I'm a fan of Eagle Alloy's, in particular the 064 and 050's, however their smallest diameter is 18". The 079's are sweet as well and DO come in 17". I also like the new KMC XD Series Thump wheels but the only go down to an 18" diameter as well. I cannot help you on the offset and BS though.

Good luck, I'm sure it'll be wicked when you get it all together...

4.5 bs is what SJ kit requires. 4.75bs will not work. If you get a 9" rim it will be -12 offset. Tires will stick out 2" futher than stock. Nothing you can do about it bc of BS requirements. Also you need to order 1" dayspacer for the front bc 35's dont fit. SJ kit states not to run larger than 34". If you run 35's without spacer you will have bad rubbing. I just had this kit put on last month. If you have any questions just pm me. FYI I have a 2x4 screw. If yours is 4x4 some things I said will be differnt. The 4x4 sits higher so the spacer wont be needed.

thanks for the info. I have an FX4, so it sits a little higher, I have a 2.5" spacer right now, if i put that on, then i will be able to fit 37's which i am not going to do..

Would you suggest a 17x9 over a 17x8?

I would go 17x9 out of the 2. with 8" rim and 12.5 tires you will have uneven tirer wear.
