Largest Tire That i Can Fit

i have a 2001 LT F150 2wd stock height what is the largest tire that i can fit on my 16in rim.

You can fit a 285/75-16 (33x11.50) using the OEM wheels but it's an extremely tight fit and the wheelwells will be stuffed. I'd stick with a 265/75-16 (32x10.50) unless you add a leveling kit.
