Tire help needed quick

Okay, i have wires showing. Need to buy some tires pretty quick.

I have a set of 18" Lariat rims in the garage that have 265/60/18 tires on them.

I want a set of tires that are good overall for towing (landscape trailer) and acually going to work via 40 mile interstate travel.

What do you all suggest that will not break the bank.

Thanks in advance,

Travis

Can you give a price range of how much you're looking to pay? And also, what kind of tire are you looking for?

Im looking more for economical range but a 50k mile?

Street more than anything. No offroading done on the truck. Something reliable but a good tire.

If you have a Pep Boys around, try them. They usually have pretty good deals. Either them or Walmart.

Definity tires from Pep Boys are not bad for the price...I had a set on on a Ranger years ago. Do some research at local places and find out what tire brands are carried.

I had a set of BFG Radial Long Trail T/A's on my last truck that I was extremely happy with. They were a nice quite highway tire that lasted a long time.

Bridgestone Duellers A/Ts RHS: I had a set of these on my Jeep and they had 18,000 miles on them, and they only used 2-3/32" of tread. I going back to the Bridgestone Duellers after my Goodyear Wrangler SR-A's go bad.

The 18" on the Ford come on the 275/65/18 (32.1")
The 18" Tires I had on my Jeep were 255/70/18 (32.1") Thats the Stock size Jeep Wrangler Sahara. Check Craigslist for take offs around you area.

I have a set of them in my shed waiting on me to change out the tires in 50,000 miles.

Cooper H/Ts aren't too bad. We sell a pretty good bit of those at our shop. Or the Cooper CTS's. We put a set of them on my mom's volvo xc90 and I personally thik they ride very similar to a set of michelins. Mastercrafts aren't a bad tire either. What size are you looking for?
