Scratched Wheels

Does anyone know how I can repair a 2011 FX4 20" wheel that is scratched all the way through the coating?

I saw an episode of Truck U once that showed how to pair a scratch in a wheel with Duplicolor Paints. Try searching the Truck U website for the episode. I'm pretty sure it was last season (year). You may also want to go to the Duplicolor website. I suspect that it will have some advice there. SMM

I'd be interested in this as well. Took a rock to one of my 20" gunmetal rims and am now missing a chip out of it.

IMHO, clean the area with alcohol. using either an air brush or a small brush applicator, dab lacquer clear touch up into the "hole" until it is slightly overfilled. Let dry 24 hrs, then using a cloth over a spreader (or similar), dip the cloth in lacquer thinner, drain excess so it is just damp, in a wiping motion, wipe over the painted area until the area is smooth. Let dry and you should be good to go!

I caught a curb with one of my wheels with only 22 miles on the truck. I'm looking for a replacement wheel and would consider buying one from a set if some other here are looking for the same.

I have the FX4 with 20's Gun Metal Gray wheels.

Anyone interested in something like this?

Thanks for reading.
