steel wheel question?

hey guys just wonderin if theres any disadvantages to using a steel wheel(their alot cheaper and i like the look) like this one:

I know its a "jeep" wheel but itll fin on my 97 f150 with the 5x135 lug pattern fine right? just lookin for some of yalls opinions..? thanks!

They will fit since they have a 5x135mm lug pattern. The only disadvantage to running a steel wheel is the weight. They are alot heavier than an alloy wheel, so your acceleration will be alot slower and your gas mileage will probably drop a little. If you keep looking you can probably find a similar looking alloy wheel that you like.

Even though it is the same bolt pattern, it probably will not work. Your wheels are hubcentric. The center hole of the wheels must be the same as OE.
Also another con is corrosion. All wheels seem to get scratched up at least a little. Steel wheels will corrode and show damage much quicker than alloy.
