35.35x12.8 tire so depending on the wheel backspacing you should be fine. If for some reason they do rub, you could always add a 1 inch spacer up front. People are running 37s with a 2 inch spacer on 6 inch lifts. You should be fine though, but that would be a solution if worse case scenario you do rub. If you are still thinking about rockstars, I think you should keep looking. They look good, but are too common in my opinion.

Thats what I'm hearing about those rockstars... I may just look for another rim. a company was telling me that the 20x10's had a -24 backspacing... what does that mean?

-24 is the offset in millimeters. Generally they will have a backspace and offset spec. If the offset is negative it means that the wheel will stick out more. If it were positive it will tuck in under the truck more. Here's a hypothetical comparison. 17x9 wheels. One with 4.5 backspacing and a -20 offset and one with 5.5 backspacing and a +20 offset. The difference would be the obvious inch difference in backspacing, plus the difference in mm of the offsets. 40mm is somewhere around 2-2.5 inches so the overall amount that the 4.5 bs woukd stick out more would be around 3.5 inches. Maybe this will help. If not, let me know and I will try to better explain. There should also be rim specifications that need to be met with the lift. Fabtech should tell what the backspacing needs to be.
