They look great, but I think I like your old wheels better on that truck.

im kinda with bluejay on that one. the more i look at them the more i think the stock 20s looked better. but i wouldnt change the profile of the tire at all. not too much but not too little.

i actually like these better. plus i wanted these because i plan to paint the black part the same color as my truck.

you are never going to be able to find 24s with the right offset. even if you have them custom made you are going to have to run the smallest little rubber band tire ever and the ride is going to be rough as hell. you should feel the difference between our stockers and these HDs.

i prob will eventually. prob end up notching the rear and doing bags all around.

for clearance issues. the tires already almost hit the fenders when i hit big bumps with these 305s. if i go any lower those 305s will tear my fenders apart. i think a 285 will still look pretty good and allow me to tuck no problem.

i actually sold it to a friend of mine for way more than he should have paid. lol. he drove it for 3 months then traded it in on a F250 so i went and bought it back for about 10K less than i paid the first time.

I will keep an open mind, but paint won't change the shape of the spokes. Those original wheels just looked perfect on your truck, in my opinion. The painted Harleys will look great, just not better.

i guess that's why there is the old saying "beauty is in the eye of the beholder". lol. i think the harley wheels already look better than my stockers and once i get them painted they will be 100x better than my stockers.

They look perfect on your truck as is! Perfect contrast. Tire size looks perfect too.

Looks really good. I'm on the fence about PTM the wheels but PTM emblems would make a world of difference.

I do agree that your old wheels looked awesome on that truck, but I wouldn't say better. I would leave it at the height you are at, unless you plan on showing the truck extensively. If you are going to have this as your daily or regular driver, I would leave as is. Looks perfect for a lowered truck in my opinion. Time guesstimate on ptm?

these 305/40/22s seem to be clearing fine at the ride height i'm at so i might just stay with them. i like the beefy look they have to them. i dont think i will go much lower because it just takes to much work.

i have a belltech 3/5 drop that uses adjustable struts up front and a flip kit in the rear. the air bags i have in the rear are just helper bags that run off a 2 gal tank and small compressor. i have a switch and gauge in the cab to operate and monitor them. they are just to eliminate sag and soften the ride when i am hauling/towing my dirtbike, trailers, etc.

thanks guys. colonel the limited 22s would look great on your white FX2 if they are the same color white.

thanks. i am probably just going to stay at this height. i would like to do bags on all corners with a custom 4link and lay frame but it is my daily so i dont want to have to deal with all that headache. i am happy with the ride and stance i have for now. it will probably be a good few months before i get the PTM done. i have several things i want to get painted all at once.
