Brake piston issue

Would a sticking piston in a left front caliper make a truck pull to the right while driving and breaking. Also will it make the front tires wear on the ride side of each. I went by a brake place and they said the reason for the pull and wear is that I need new strut assemblies up front and I have bad "compression" in the brake lines. I have about 85k on the truck and they are stock struts/shocks. The brake pads and sealed bearing rotors where replaced last year and are still above spec.

A seized piston would pull to the same side that the seized one is on. Tire wear wouldn't hurt any either. I drove a couple thousand miles on my old truck and it never wore my tires, just hurt gas mileage and caused heat. Tire wear would be alignment, ball joints, good tie rod and good tire balancing.
