Rotors and pads worth it if you go wheeling?

My rear rotors and brakes are relatively new( caliper got stuck in the rear and pads wore down to metal) but my fronts are about due for replacing.

I go wheeling atleast once a month mud and water up to the body and on the fence on what to get

Somewhat basic rotors and pads (hawk or cheaper ebc) for 150ish total
Or ebc slottted rotor and pads for 350ish

I def could use more stopping power after adding my lift and mudders but would the extra 200 be justified if they are gonna get a beating with mud and water 1-3 times a month?

Hawk LTS pads with simple Centric Premium plain rotors. I go plain rotors to increase the contact path for the rotors to get a stronger stopping initial bite.
