New Toyo Open Country ATII now in stock.

Ladies and Gents - We just recieved in our first few loads of the new Toyo Open Country AT II. Very nice looking all terrain - with a robust, wraparound tread that extends down the sidewall. They have added sizes all the way up to 35". Here's the link:

Thanks,

I've been looking for a good A/T for awhile now...that tire looks awesome! Might just have to pick up some for my 05 FX4. Tried to get a close up pic of them and did not find them on Toyo's website.

Yeah, the pics we have up don't do the tire justice. We have some better images being shot now. A few of our customers have already called to tell us how much they like the appearance.

Any idea of the weight of a 305/55/20 and how it may compare to the Nitto TG for highway manners (ride and noise)

The LT305/55R20 weighs in at 74 pounds. It is 10 ply rated. We haven't tested the OPAT II yet, but the data we have gotten from Toyo suggests it is quieter than the original Open Country A/T. That tire was generally quieter than the Terra Grapplers, so I would think its highway manners would be a step up. Toyo owns Nitto of course, so I wouldn't think there would be a huge difference, however.

wow they look great. Toyo's website doesn't even show them yet. Get us some more pics!

I hope they come in a 295/60 20.

Sidewall does look better then the original AT. Do they offer a 275x60x20 in an XL rated tire or only the P rating?

So far, no XL. Max load is 2601 per tire @44 psi.

Pics look great. That is a great looking tire. This may replace my thoughts of buying the Terra Grapplers. Thanks for the post!

I think the P275x60x20 (33x11) may increase the mpg's to close what the stock Pirelli's gave. The LT305x55x20 Nitto Terra's I'm running now have been great so far with 21k miles on them but looking for the 33 inch height and lighter weight.

I'm hoping that someone already has these on their truck so I can see what they look like!! Would like to put them on my leveled 05 FX4 SCREW.
