Rant about TPS bands
Here I thought that these things would be the least of my problems (and costs for that matter) when I was purchasing new rims.
Well boy was I wrong these little fu*kers are 56 bucks each at the dealer!
I was able to find them at a local auto parts store for 26 bucks each but that's still crazy expensive if you ask me for a stupid glorified hose clamp!
Anybody else have this issue?
End of rant thank you for listing

You obviously have not looked very hard. The first site I hit in a search has them for $30 a pair.

The next one looks like $30 a set.
http://www.americantpms.com/strap-kit.html
And more.

They do cost crazy high from the dealership. I traded my old Lariat chrome grill for a set so me and the seller broke out even. I was surprised it was just the sensors and hose clamps myself! I have dealt with the TPMS light for 2yrs since these Toyo's just dont seem to want to wear out, except for the one I had a bad caster angle on.

I've had nothing but problems on the wife's 07 Expedition on those stupid bands. One came loose inside the tire and the band shredded to pieces which became about 10 shards of metal which cut the tire from the inside! Don't ignore the warning lights for those sensors! Could've been a disaster! I've had to replace 2 other sensors because they weren't working right.

I wish there was an option to eliminate them from the vehicle as people who do a quick walk around prior to driving do not need them as well as knowing what a flat tire feels like while driving.
I have had success with them so far in the new rims so I can't complain other than the price of them but no lights and no failed sensors.

One could swap wheels/tires all day long with no worry of idiot lights or expensive oversized hose clamps!

I read about a guy that made a small container out of 2" sc. 80 PVC (the size of a beer can), put his TPMS sensors inside, sealed the ends with caps, drilled and threaded in a schrader valve and pressurized it with air to a psi that will turn off the idiot light. He then placed this in his truck toolbox, well within range of the ECU which had no idea it was reading the psi of a redneck built container instead of the tires.
