265/75R16 on a 16x9 wheel

Ok I am looking to see if I can use my current shoes 265/75R16 on a 16x9 wheel. I am lifting the truck w/an RCD 6 in lift. I found some wheels I like and I am unsure if I will need to get new tires or not. My current set of tires is quite new. Any advice, pics? The truck is a 2wd scab XLT 2002 v6. I have been searching for a few hrs now and have decided to just ask. Thanks

You can reuse the tires if the new wheels your going to get are 16" and no wider at the max than like 9.5" but they're going to look small with 6" of lift.

Thanks I was afraid of them looking small, I don't want lose power or have to re-gear anything. Oh well, decisions decisions.....
