First off, my truck is a 2012 F150 FX4. I intend to get a 6" BDS lift with the fox 2.0 upgrades in early march. The tires I was looking at were the 35/12.5-20 Trail Grapplers, which I would pair with XD Rockstars 20x10 that only come in a -24 offset.

My question is, how much rub is there expected to be? As I understand it based on an offset/backspace chart, the backspace is 5.5 based off a 12" wide tire with a -25 offset (pretty close to -24 that mine will be). Will I require a good amount of trimming?

Should work/fine. If you have to do any trimming, it should be very minor.

That works out to be 4.5 inches of backspacing. So, those wheels will stick out 3.5 inches farther than your stock wheels.
