I have a 2012 Fx4 Supercrew and will be putting the XD Hoss wheels on in the 18x9 size. I will be swapping the tires for 285/65/18 AT tire. I want the wheels to come out a small amount to widen the stance. I think I should go with the 18mm offset as opposed to the 30, that with the wider wheel should bring it out, correct? The 30 would tuck it in more?

I have 18x9 xd monsters in garage that were on my 06 am will b on my 11 when I can afford tires (I have 20's now) but my mon. Are +18 and sat perfectly out side my wheel wells not to far an not tucked. Ur prolly at +30 or 44 right now on stockers but yes +18 will be good
