rotor/brake pad replacement problem

Hi Guys. I have a 2009 f150xlt 4X4. I changed front rotors and pads however on replacement, the caliper holder contacts rotor and grinds. Any ideas to what I'm doing wrong? If i put my old rotors and new pads on, it is fine

thanks

Did you properly seat the bearings when you put the rotor on?

Thanks for response. I did not replace bearings. Truck is now in Ford dealership. We'll see what they say.
