Need wheel help.
I have a 2010 XLT with chrome package. Factory tires are 275/65R/18. Factory wheels are 18", 7.5" wide, 5.5 backspacing, and 44mm offset. The rims I want are Raceline 982 Raptors with machined front, 18",9" wide, 6.0 backspacing, and 25mm offset. I want to keep my tires as i just bought new Michelin LTX AT-2's same size as above. What I want to know is how much this will move my tire out. I have recently installed Bushwhacker Fender Flares and want the tire to come out at least even with them. I have tried different calculators. None have helped.

Try that one.
Judging by the info you gave if you go with the stock wheel having 5.5" of backspacing it'll be roughly .4" wider. If you go with it having 44mm of offset (6" of backspacing) it'll be roughly .9" wider.
If you want it to stick out even farther find a wheel with less backspacing.

^What he said. If you want a bit of explanation, here it is:
Just using the backspacing measurements you gave -
Stock rim:
7.5" wide with 5.5" backspacing means you have 2" of the overall rim width sticking out from the bolt surface.
New rim:
9" wide with 6" backspacing means you have 3" of the overall rim width sticking out from the bolt surface, therefore 1" further than the stock wheel.
