If you have stock wheels, those should be fine. The tires are almost exactly 32" tall and not much wider than the current ones. I have 275/60/20 (33.0") on my 2wd 2006 on wheels with an offset a little different than factory and they fit fine with no rubbing, and without a level.
That's if you have an 09, but it looks like you may actually have a '99?
Also, the shop you go to for tires should be able to assist you a little bit

But you answered my question and I appreciate your help.

Yup! The first number is how wide the tire is in mm. Multiply it by .03937 and it'll give you the width in inches.
I can't tell you the math behind it because I've been doing it for so long, but here's how to calculate tire info: first number is as mentioned above, second number is a percentage of the first number and tells you how tall the tire is from the outside edge of the wheel to the outside edge of the tire, third number is the wheel size.
If you stick a decimal in front of the second number (because it's a percentage) and multiply it by the first number, take the result and multiply it by 2 (for the top and bottom height of the tire), then multiply by .03937, then add the third number to this result and you will have the height of the tire.
275/60/18:
275x.60 = 165
165x2 = 330
330x.03937 = 13.0
13.0 + 18.0 = 31" for tire height
I see you updated the sig, nice truck!
