Exclamation Will it fit?

I have an f150 xlt 2WD 5.0L and I am wondering if a LT295/70R18 tire size fit on a 18x9 rim? I am fairly new to this and I am trying to figure it out... also will I have to get a leveling kit put on in order for it to fit?

What year F-150? I'm assuming its a new body style since you mentioned a 5.0 engine. If it is, no. That tire is a little too big for a stock or leveled 4x2. Plus you didn't mention the offset/backspacing of the wheels.

It'll be close with that size leveled and wheel offset will make the difference.

Wheel width and backspacing are as important to fitment as the tire size and lift height. A 285/70-18 is an odd size, and is basically a 34x11.50 tire. I think that or a 33 inch tire like a 285/65-18 (33x11.50) or a 305/60-18 (33x12.50) would be a good choice with a 9 inch wide wheel with 5 or 5.5 inches of backspacing. And yes, your friends Readylift kit will fit
