Tire fitment

I'm running 33x12.50r17 Mickey Tompkins on my Diamo K17, I believe it's a 10inch rim. I have a 2.5" leveling kit. As of right now I have no rubbing issues. Could I squeeze a set of procomp xtreme a/t's 315/70/r17?? Help!

No. That's basically a 35x12.50 tire. You can barely fit them using a stock wheel or an 8 inch wide wheel with 5.5 inches of backspacing. With a 10 inch wide wheel, you'd have to break out the sawsall.
