MPG following wheel upgrades

I am thinking about buying a 1990-1996 Ford f150 and I plan on adding a 4 inch suspension lift and a 3 inch body lift. I had planned on running 35X12.50R15LT, BAJA CLAW TTC RADIAL for tires but am considering running something a little bigger. I want to know if by running 35's what should I be looking at when it comes to MPG and obviously the gas milage will become worse if I decide to put bigger tires on it but how much worse thanks.

I'd expect to see around a 3-5 drop, maybe more or less depending on your driving style.

Are you planning to regear?

If I put a tire larger than a 35 re-gearing would definitely become a priority but I'm am going to try and avoid re-gearing. If I stuck with the 35 and decided to re-gear I probably do a 4:11 4:56. If I did re-gear how much better do you think it would make my mpg.
