rims and tires

I have an 04 f150 fx4 with stock 265/60r18 and I'm looking at getting 17 rims will they fit? I'm worried about them not clearing the wheel hub and break calipers

17" will fit, that will be the smallest wheel you can fit. Basic/XLT wheels are all 17".
