New tire time - 275R7018 vs. 305R6518

Time has come to replace the OEM craptastic tires that came on the truck. My truck is a 2013 FX-4 Supercrew. Wanting to get the new BFG All-Terrain KO2's on the truck. I've had good luck with them in the past and great service from my local Discount Tire. The truck is leveled with Bilstein 5100 shocks so going with the taller tire won't have any clearance problems.

Would like to go wider but I admit it's mostly for cosmetics. The 2 sizes are roughly the same height. But with the 305's I'd have to get wider aftermarket wheels and I'm having a hard time justifying the price.

Any thoughts and especially pictures would be welcome.

The only thing I'll add is tire weight. Maybe some don't care, but I went from a P rated 275 to an LT 2856518 and can easily tell the difference in tire weight.

As far as width, that is up to you. I am not a fan of tires sticking out of wheel wells.
